Meet Tyler and Elias

Before you request
your preview.

What will I receive in my website preview?

A complete, personalized mock website showing the proposed pages, navigation, content direction, and design for your business on desktop and mobile. We confirm the pages with you first. The preview lets you explore the website before deciding on a paid launch; live payments, bookings, and other integrations are agreed separately.

Is there any payment or commitment to review it?

No. You can review your mock website without paying, signing a project agreement, or committing to hire PixelDash. Launching the website is a separate, paid service that you choose whether to proceed with.

What if I decide not to move forward?

You can decline. There is no obligation to purchase or continue after reviewing the mock website. The complimentary preview is for review; transfer, ownership, and publication of the finished work are covered in a paid project agreement.

What do you need, and when will I receive my preview?

Start with your name, email, business name, and current website if you have one. Tyler or Elias will reply by email to confirm any business details, pages, assets, and the expected preview timing. Timing depends on the project and current workload, so we confirm it with you instead of promising a deadline before reviewing the request.

What does it cost if I want to launch?

Launch pricing is quoted for your project after you have reviewed the mock website. The written quote explains the pages, functionality, work included, payment schedule, and any hosting or third-party costs. You choose whether to proceed before paid work begins.

Can you work with my existing site, domain, and email?

Yes, we can review an existing site or plan a first website. We review the platform and any booking, payment, or other integrations before recommending a launch approach. Domain access, hosting, ownership, and handoff are agreed in writing. Existing email service is considered before any domain changes.

Does PixelDash provide SEO without a new website?

Yes. On-page and technical SEO can be a separate engagement for your current site. We can review page content, titles, indexing, internal links, and other search foundations, then agree on priorities and reporting. Search rankings and traffic outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

Can PixelDash maintain a site after launch?

Yes. Maintenance can include agreed content updates, link and page checks, and small improvements. Coverage, timing, price, and any work outside the plan are explained before you commit.

Does PixelDash work with businesses outside Concord?

Yes. PixelDash is based in Concord, North Carolina and works remotely with businesses and organizations in other locations.
